Francis Lynch is an experienced CEO and Executive who is also a skilled Coach and Counsellor. He has supported many leaders improve their mental health and well-being. Francis has worked across Australia and has been involved in service delivery, organisational design and development, and the development and implementation of strategy. Francis has worked in small, medium, and large businesses over the last 30 years across Australia. He has been in CEO and executive roles several times and has led business growth and restructuring. Francis is a skilled non-executive director having been on over 30 boards and has chaired state and national organisations. He has worked to improve the staff culture wherever he has gone and has improved accountability and governance structures for staff and the Board. Alongside his business experience, Francis has developed his skills and capabilities as a counsellor. Originally trained as a social worker, Francis has done significant university and industry training in coaching and counselling.
